1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sportiva platform (web, mobile app, or API), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use Sportiva to: violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or circumvent platform security.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and the policies of the individual facility or event organiser.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Sportiva does not store card details.
• Cancellation and refund policies vary by facility/event. Please review them before booking.
• Sportiva may charge a service fee on transactions, which will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

4. Business Accounts

Businesses listing facilities, events, or academies on Sportiva must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Sportiva reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that violate our policies or receive repeated complaints.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sportiva platform — including logos, design, text, and code — is owned by Sportiva Online Services or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sportiva does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of third-party listings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sportiva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
