How you pay
Two simple parts. Nothing hidden.
Your subscription is what you pay to run your business on Sportiva. It is separate from the transaction fee applied to bookings and sales.
Subscription
A fixed monthly or annual fee for the platform and your plan features.
Transaction fee
A percentage applied per booking or sale processed through Sportiva payments.
All plans include a 10% platform fee per completed booking, deducted before payout.

Contact SupportNo card is needed to create your account or to use the Free plan. A paid plan is paid when you set up your business, and it only starts the day your business goes live.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Business Portal → Subscription page. Plan changes take effect immediately.
Yes, Sportiva charges a 10% platform fee on each completed booking. This is deducted before your payout is processed.
Sportiva integrates with Gate-E to accept Benefit Pay, KNET, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Your booking earnings are accumulated in your Sportiva wallet. You can request a payout at any time from the Business Portal → Payouts page. Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days.
You get a full refund of your plan payment. Your plan’s time only starts counting the day your business goes live.
Yes. Sportiva supports facilities, events, academies, gyms & wellness centres, day passes, and membership plans — all under one account.
