Help build the way Bahrain plays
We're a small, ambitious team making it effortless to book sports facilities, join events, and enroll in academies. If that excites you, we'd love to hear from you.
How we work
The principles behind how we build the product and the team.
Move fast, ship real
We build for players and venues who need things to just work. Small team, real ownership, quick iteration.
Customer-obsessed
Every feature starts with a real booking, a real venue, a real problem worth solving.
Raise the bar
We care about craft — from the checkout flow to the coaching schedule. Good enough isn’t.
Play as a team
Sport is collaborative and so are we. We win together, share credit, and help each other level up.
Open positions
We don't always have public listings, but we're continually looking for talented people across these areas:
Don't see your role?
We review every thoughtful application. Tell us who you are, what you'd want to work on, and why Sportiva — and we'll get back to you.
